Uploading Your Bulletins

By following the instructions below, your latest bulletin will be displayed in this space on this page. By uploading your bulletin each week, a list of links will also be displayed in the left column to past bulletins.

To post your bulletin each week, follow these instructions:

1. Open your completed bulletin in your word processor, choose Save As, and give it a unique name that reflects its date. However, instead of saving it in your word processor's format (such as .DOC for Microsoft Word), save it in Rich Text Format (.RTF) noting the folder in which you saved it. You can then close the file.

2. Log into your Caravel site on Mennonite.net and go to Upload Files on the Tools menu. Beside "Upload Set" is a pull-down box. Choose Worship and then hit the Select button to the right. You will notice that the boxes on the right change to the correct folders for Bulletins, Newsletters, and Sermons. Use the Browse function beside Bulletins to find the folder and RTF file you created in step 1 and load it into that box. Repeat the process for Newsletters and Sermons at the same time if you wish. Then select the Upload button below. Once your uploads have been confirmed, you may close the window and come back to this page.

3. To refresh the page, you may need to select the Preview button on the extreme right of the Edit Page bar at the top of the page. Then hit Edit to go back to editing mode.

3        … To discover our purpose as a partner with Him in

the  work of His kingdom

(Sermon: May 16 – “On Adventure With God”)

Gen. 2:15-17
